This week on the Love Project we are celebrating (or reframing) Rejection. One of the best things about the year I was gathering content for and writing The Laptop Dancer Diaries is that it forced me to find the humor in every day situations. Some of the funniest stories are stories of rejection... stories where in the past, I might have been embarrassed or upset about a date-gone-wrong, but instead thought to myself: This will make a great story for my book!
On Assignment Day this week, I pointed to a news story about Jon Friedman's comedy group that is all about rejection. There are a series of videos from (jonnyboots channel) as well as The Rejection Show Website with a bunch of funny videos. Here's an example:
